You must notify vip8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. vip8 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their login credentials.
vip8 may require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
vip8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through the following methods: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and digital e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (generally 08:00 – 22:00 WIB) via supported local banks are typically credited to a Player's vip8 account within five minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours may be processed within 24 hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are processed near-instantly at all times. vip8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000. Players who wish to make deposits exceeding this limit on a recurring basis should contact the vip8 VIP support team to discuss arrangements appropriate to their account tier.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, or to a verified alternative account where prior written consent has been obtained. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours may take up to 24 hours to reach the recipient's account depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Funds Security: All Player funds held in vip8 accounts are maintained in segregated financial accounts, separate from vip8's operational funds. This ensures that Player balances are protected regardless of the Platform's operational status.
vip8 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. vip8 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that triggers anti-money laundering checks, and may request additional documentation from the Player. Players must not use the vip8 Platform to transfer funds on behalf of any third party.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional credits offered by vip8 are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry dates as stated at the time each promotion is activated. Players are strongly encouraged to review the full terms of any bonus before accepting it. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to its specific terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.
vip8 has systems in place to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus revoked, any winnings derived from the abuse forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.
Participation in the vip8 VIP loyalty program is subject to the terms of the program as published on the Platform at the time of participation. Tier status, cashback rates, and perks are reviewed monthly based on qualifying turnover. vip8 reserves the right to amend the VIP program structure, tier thresholds, and reward rates at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected members.
All games and betting markets available on the vip8 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules, return-to-player rates, and bet limits applicable to each game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game instructions and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

vip8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (for example, due to a technical glitch that generated incorrect odds) or where there is evidence of match manipulation or data feed errors. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip8 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
vip8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance attributable to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements being satisfied.
All content on the vip8 Platform — including but not limited to the vip8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vip8 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any right, title, or interest in any vip8 intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from vip8. Unauthorized use of vip8 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Platform Availability: vip8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. vip8's liability in respect of service interruptions is limited to the value of any wagers directly affected by the interruption.
